Mission Statement

At Whole Body Equine, our mission is to create a space where people can reconnect with themselves through the quiet wisdom and presence of the horse.

I believe healing doesn’t always come through words — sometimes it comes through stillness, trust, and simply being seen. Horses offer that kind of healing. I’ve experienced it myself, and I’ve seen how profoundly it can transform others.

Whether you’re walking through something heavy or simply seeking peace and connection, the horse meets you where you are — without judgment, without expectation. My purpose is to hold space for that connection and to guide others back to their own inner truth, one breath at a time.

Jen’s Journey

Equine Bodyworker | Trauma-Informed Practitioner | Horse Connection Facilitator

Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here.

My name is Jennifer Wallis, and Whole Body Equine was born from a deeply personal journey — one rooted in trauma, healing, movement, and the unwavering wisdom of horses.

My Path to Healing

For years, I explored healing through the lens of yoga and somatic awareness, using movement and breath to find safety in my own body after trauma. That journey transformed me — and showed me how our bodies carry stories that often words cannot express.

As I worked through my own healing, I found myself drawn more and more to the quiet, grounding presence of horses. Their ability to sense what’s unspoken, to hold space without judgment, and to reflect what’s within us — it’s unlike anything else I’ve experienced. Horses became both mirrors and medicine in my life.

Why Horse Massage and Healing with Horses?

I chose to specialize in Equine Bodywork and Trauma-Sensitive Horse Connection because I believe that healing happens in relationship — with ourselves, our bodies, and the beings around us. Horses naturally live in the moment. They respond with honesty, presence, and sensitivity — qualities that make them incredible partners in both physical healing and emotional integration.

Through equine massage, I help horses find relief in their bodies, just as yoga helped me find relief in mine. And through horse connection and trauma-informed support, I guide both horses and humans into more regulated, connected, and embodied states of being.

My Specialties

   •   Equine Massage & Bodywork – Relieving muscular tension, supporting movement, and improving well-being in horses.

   •   Trauma-Informed Equine Interaction – Safe, grounded sessions that honor nervous system regulation for both horse and human.

   •   Horse-Human Connection – Facilitating deep, intuitive partnerships based on trust, consent, and presence.

   •   Somatic & Energetic Awareness – Blending touch, breath, and energy work for deeper physical and emotional release.

Whole Body Healing — For Both Horse and Human

Whole Body Equine is more than just massage. It’s a space for deep listening, gentle connection, and authentic healing — whether you’re a horse, a human, or somewhere in between.

If you’re longing for a different kind of connection — one that honors the whole being — I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

With heart,

Jennifer Wallis
