At Whole Body Equine, our mission is to create a space where people can reconnect with themselves through the quiet wisdom and presence of the horse.
I believe healing doesn’t always come through words — sometimes it comes through stillness, trust, and simply being seen. Horses offer that kind of healing. I’ve experienced it myself, and I’ve seen how profoundly it can transform others.
Whether you’re walking through something heavy or simply seeking peace and connection, the horse meets you where you are — without judgment, without expectation. My purpose is to hold space for that connection and to guide others back to their own inner truth, one breath at a time.
I have been passionate about horses for as long as I can remember (age 10). Growing up, I was surrounded by these magnificent beings, I developed a deep connection with their energy and well-being. Owning horses for most of my life, my love for animals inspired me to explore ways to enhance their physical and emotional health.
In addition to my love for horses, I have spent the past 15 years as a dedicated yoga instructor. My journey into yoga began with a personal desire to understand the body more deeply and uncover the ways in which movement, stretching, and mindfulness can benefit overall wellness. Through my yoga practice, I learned how tension and emotions can become trapped in the body, and how gentle release techniques plus breathwork can create profound shifts in both physical comfort and emotional balance.
When I see how the practice of yoga and bodywork can help a person and add to the magnificence of their life, I wonder how yoga and touch therapy can benefit the lives of horses. This holistic approach to health and well-being fueled my interest in equine bodywork, where I combine my knowledge of movement, stretching, and emotional release with my lifelong love for horses. My goal is to help horses feel more comfortable, reduce stress, and regain their natural state of balance. Through my work, I bring a unique blend of expertise, compassion, and mindfulness to every session, ensuring that both body and spirit are restored.
